• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve the company's sales goals and objectives within the assigned area.
• Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Identify and establish new business opportunities, partnerships, and distributor networks to expand market presence.
• On-board new Dealers and Distributors from the same segment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and clients to ensure long-term loyalty and satisfaction.
• Identifying and cultivating new strategic partners to diversify business into new segments.
• Promoting new product ranges to existing and new clients; organizing corporate events for clients and influencers to generate further business prospects.
• Interacting with Sales Team to identify pipeline and plan activities; devised go-to-market strategy, opportunity assessment, response strategy, proposal development, competitive positioning, pricing / commercial decisions, and so on.
• Leading the weekly review meetings, gathering team members and juniors, ensuring alignment and progress tracking across all projects and tasks
