
• Manage complete product lifecycle for CLIA analysers and reagents.
• Develop annual marketing plan, forecasting, pricing strategy, and product positioning.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights.
• Work closely with Sales Director to drive revenue and achieve business targets.
• Conduct sales training programs, product presentations, and customer meetings.
• Support tender participation and techno-commercial documentation.
• Plan and execute new product launches across regions.
• Develop promotional materials and marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Service teams for compliance and availability.
• Monitor product performance, sales growth, and market share. Qualifications & Experience
• 8–12 years of experience in IVD industry (mandatory CLIA / Immunoassay exposure).
• Strong understanding of CLIA analysers, reagents, and diagnostic workflows.
• Experience in product launches and national level marketing activities.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Educational background in Life Sciences / Biotechnology / Microbiology / MLT preferred
