We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow SPM Consultant to design, configure, and optimize Strategic Portfolio Management solutions.
The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to align demand, projects, and resources with enterprise strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and configure ServiceNow SPM modules including:
Demand Management
Project & Portfolio Management (PPM)
Resource Management
Financial Planning
Innovation & Idea Management
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow SPM solutions.
Configure workflows, forms, UI policies, business rules, and reports/dashboards.
Customize SPM using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes.
Integrate ServiceNow SPM with other modules such as ITSM, ITBM, CMDB, and third-party tools.
Support data migration, portfolio planning, forecasting, and performance tracking.
Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.
Participate in UAT, production deployment, and ongoing enhancements.
Required Skills & Experience
5–8 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
Strong expertise in ServiceNow SPM / ITBM.
Solid understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project models.
Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript).
Strong reporting and dashboard creation skills.
Experience working with stakeholders and leadership teams.
ServiceNow SPM or CSA certification is a plus.
Nice to Have
Experience in SAFe / Agile Portfolio Management.
Exposure to ServiceNow Performance Analytics.
Prior experience in enterprise-scale implementations.
