1- Experience in Complete Talent Acquisition e.g. end to end recruitment , especially from Manufacturing Industry. She will handle daily factory roles - junior to senior.
2- Vendors mgmt.
3- Leadership meetings and coordination , CV Application tracking, On-boarding, documentation, offer release etc. It will be 70% recruitment , 30% HR Ops.
4- Keeping track on daily operations and progress of closures.
5- Should have closed positions like: HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Purchase, Quality , Support function roles, and other factory roles.
